Nd:KGW

Nd:KGW晶體是一種可以實現高濃度摻雜的激光晶體,因為該晶體可以與高濃度的Nd離子混合并且具有較大的發射面積,因此其單脈沖和低重復激光性能優于Nd:YAG 。Nd:KGW晶體的吸收帶在808 nm處,可以有效地與LD泵浦光源耦合(發射波長為808 nm),從而提高其發光效率。此外,它的半高和半寬為12 nm,使其能夠適應LD發射波長隨溫度的漂移,這有利于進行二極管泵浦KGw激光實驗和器件研究。Nd:KGW不僅可以實現自由振蕩,Q開關,鎖模操作,還可以實現拉曼轉換。

Nd:KGW晶體是由受激拉曼散射產生的晶體,經過倍頻后可以成為可見光波段的多波長光源。

Nd:KGW晶體的拉曼特性取決于其高激發光束截面、低泵浦閾值、高輸出能量、高轉換效率以及兩個高拉曼增益系數(768和901 cm-1)。拉曼晶體的基頻光分別為911 nm,1067 nm和1351 nm,經過倍頻后可產生0.455 um,0.533 um和0.675 um的紅,黃和藍光,可用于材料加工,光通信,遙感,醫藥,環境監測,精密計量等領域。
